Hello

Hey everyone! I have not been on my blog in a while. It seems like i have been busy lately. I just had my 15th  birthday last week and we had friends over staying the night. Then i have been trying to stay on top of my exercising. Me, my mom, and dad have been getting up at 6 am every morning and walking two miles, then when we get back i have been running three miles on the treadmill. Two or three weeks ago my mom gave me my first plyometrics work out. Whew! I could barely walk the next day. She had me do three reps of 12. It was tough. This week mom has me doing plyometrics every other day and the days i am not doing that i do an arm workout. Just trying to stay in shape so when it's time to really start training for track season i won't be totally out of shape. Do any of you runners find it hard to keep pushing yourselves come the end of a work out?  I do. I find it very helpful repeating different quotes to myself and thinking about why i am doing it. One verse i have started saying a lot is: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.- philippians 4:13. I find it really helpful. Well i hope everyone has had a good month so far.
